What are your hours?

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm Eastern Standard Time (or New York time). During this time we are handling support requests through this help center, attending to technical support inquiries, promoting your music, approving your releases and much more.

If you are writing a ticket outside of these hours and potentially on the weekends, please understand that we have what are considered industry standard hours and most if not all distributors have these same type of hours. As the business grows, we will work hard to improve our support times as much as possible.

Normal response times are between 12-24 hours excluding weekends.
Facebook messages are routed to our Help Desk and are responded to during the normal hours.

Symphonic is additionally closed on major USA banking holidays and every year during a winter holiday freeze and closure of which we will communicate through this help desk.
