What's wrong? Why am I seeing this?
We're now currently in the content freeze so releases can't be submitted until January 2nd 2018 due to the fact that partners close for the holiday break.

I'm a new client, what do I do?
We realize that this is a bit of an inconvenience but it is a standard industry process that occurs every year. You can create your release and leave it ready for submission until January 2, 2018. We suggest that you set a release date of 2-3 weeks after January 2nd, 2018 to be safe.

Symphonic sent out notices about cutoff dates starting in October. You can read the notice that we sent and that was also published on our blog here.
When can I submit?
We will not be able to begin approving releases / delivering content until after the holiday break which will start on January 2nd, 2018. Once we return from Holiday break there may be a temporary delay as there will be an influx of new content. Please plan accordingly and ask us if you have any questions about when to submit a release.
