Unfortunately we do not offer refunds.

Once you start protection for a release our system begins its work trying to root out illegal links. Even if we can't find anything based on your release we still performed our service.

This also applies to:

  • Forgetting to turn off protection auto-renewal
  • Paying full price as a Symphonic client
