Our hours of operation
Symphonic Distribution is not open 24/7 but we are accessible from Monday through Friday at 9am to 6pm EST. This excludes any weekends and major USA bank holidays. For more on our hours of operation and response times, please click here.
Can I call?
Because we are fully dedicated on building tools and resources for our clients, we have devoted our staff to answering the majority of requests via this help center. Most situations require either screenshots or extended dialogue that requires information or assets from multiple parties. We hope this isn't taken the wrong way and are open to scheduling time to speak on the phone if need be.
Can I email?
You can certainly email however, your request may be routed to this Help Desk anyway thus, we recommend you do create a ticket for our representatives to advise as quickly as possible.
